When can an employee refuse to receive a digitised payslip?

The user can change their mind at any time:

Prior to the deployment of the project: the Labour Law of August 8th, 2016, states that the user can refuse to receive a digitised payslip within 30 days prior to the initial digitisation (or when hired).
Following the deployment, users can cancel participation via the digital safe.
