A user's registration may have a different state or status at any given time. This status can change depending on what the employee does.
At the time of registration, whether already activated by the user or not, the registration is confirmed. If the user then cancels it, the registration status changes to “cancellation requested” and acknowledgement is requested. Once acknowledged, the registration status changes to “cancelled”.
