    What is refusal collection?

To ensure that payslip digitisation is applied in accordance with all due process, companies must implement a procedure that enables users to express a refusal within the 30 days prior to the effective implementation of the payslip digitisation.

Before the digitisation, all users must be informed, using any necessary means, so they have a chance to refuse.

The company may use any means to collect refusals (e.g.: physical form, or online form through a connected space, by e-mail, etc).

At the end of the collection period, the information processed and the results for the people concerned are kept.

At the end of this initial refusal collection phase, those users who did not refuse will receive their payslips in digital format, in Digiposte. They can change their minds and cancel this at any time. Check our section on the subject of cancelling registration.
