Can we choose code 1 and code 2?

Codes 1 and 2 identify the user at the time of registration. They can only be selected if the following rules are respected:

They must be known to the recipient or easily accessible
They must be sufficiently personal that no one else can interpret them
They must not be all or part of the social security code

As long as these rules are respected, the company can choose how to make up the codes.
