Personal data, passwords...: Be vigilant.

We regularly receive official-looking e-mails used by fraudsters to steal personal data or confidential documents. Some of these fraudulent e-mails are easily recognisable, others are more difficult to distinguish from the real thing.

Some of these fraudulent emails are easily recognisable, while others are more difficult to distinguish from the real thing, and some fraudsters do not hesitate to use brands such as La Poste or Digiposte to carry out their phishing campaigns. We urge you to remain vigilant, to raise awareness among your staff and to report any suspicious emails you receive from Digiposte. If you receive any, please contact us by email at: [email protected]

A few reminders about phishing.

Phishing is a type of online scam. Malicious individuals pose as a trusted brand in order to obtain personal information. They often use the email channel (by embedding malicious links), but they can also call directly or send text messages.

How can you protect yourself against phishing?

  • Check the sender of emails: Beware of suspicious email addresses or dubious domain names before clicking on a link or replying to an email. Click on the sender's name to check the email address.

Concerning emails received from Digiposte, here is the list of our sending email addresses :

  • @infos.digiposte.fr
  • @news.digiposte.fr
  • @news-digiposte.laposte.info
  • @mail-digiposte.laposte.info

  • Never share sensitive information: Never divulge your confidential information by e-mail, during a call or by text message.
  • Check the URL of websites: Before entering information on a website, make sure that the URL starts with "https://" and that it is our official website https://digiposte.fr or that of the company in question.
  • Beware of emergency threats: Scammers often use scare tactics to get you to act quickly. Take the time to carefully examine any suspicious requests.
  • Update your security software: Keep your anti-virus software up to date to protect yourself against online threats.

What should you do if you suspect a phishing attempt?

If you receive a suspicious e-mail or message, do not click on any links or open any attachments. If you have already divulged sensitive information, change your passwords and report it to us immediately at [email protected].
